Shipping and Samples
Shipping (if required for your products)
For US Shipping: Please allow 2-3 days for processing and handling. When your product is shipped, it will be shipped USPS, which generally takes 2-3 days. We do not make money off of our shipping rates. There is a flat fee of $7 dollars/order. This serves to not only cover the shipping costs, but also the handling fee and costs required to ship you your products. Shipping will be free for orders greater than $50.
For shipping to Canada: We do offer limited shipping to Canada, as long as it fits in a USPS Flat Rate Envelope. If your order does not fit in a USPS Flat Rate Envelope, we will contact you to discuss your options (anything 12x12 in size will not fit in a flat rate envelope). The customer/recipient of the goods will be responsible for all additional incurred shipping, import, and tax costs; once the package leaves All That Jazz Supplies, the package is given as is with no warranties or guarantees on the product or on when it arrives at the point of delivery (can be as little as a week or as long as 2 months). Please allow 2-3 days for processing and handling. There is a flat rate fee of $12 dollars that serves to not only cover the shipping costs, but also the handling fee/materials required to ship you your products safely. There is no option for free shipping.
Samples
Due to the small nature of the business, we unfortunately are not able to offer samples of our products. However, we do test our products to make sure that they can be cut with the Black Cat Cutters, and we work to provide videos so you can see how the product cuts.
