 How do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate of 7.00 dollars for shipping on orders up to $50. After $50, we provide free shipping. All shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail.

What payment options are available?
All That Jazz can accept payment via Paypal or check made out to Tyler Thomas. Many forms of payment, including all major credit cards, can be made through PayPal. This provides the greatest security to you.

What about returns?
Returns are not accepted. We have found that the shipping charges to the customer to send the product back to us can override the cost of the product. However, if you have a concern please contact us. 


What about damage to a product?
As most of our products are simply stock products that were checked for quality before shipping, the likelihood of a defective product is extremely low. However, if for some reason you receive a damaged or defective item, All That Jazz Supplies needs to be contacted. An error by the user in utilizing a material does not constitute it as a defective or damged product. **This is especially important with fiber based material (such as chipboard), as it can easily wick up water and become difficult for a machine to cut. We maintain the highest standards in our shop to assure humidity does not contaminate your product. Once it leaves our store, however, we have no control over the environment the user stores and utilizes it in. Because of this, we cannot accept returns on fiber based material.** If the product is not a fiber based material, the item will be replaced or credited to you upon receipt of the item(s) by All That Jazz Supplies. If the item is to be found damaged due to mishandling during shipment a form needs to be filled out at the local post office for replacement.

 

IMPORTANT: Before you return your item(s) you will need to contact All That Jazz Supplies and obtain an RMA number * & state the reason for the return. The item(s) must then be received by All That Jazz Supplies no later than 30 days from the date of shipping. The returned items must be in their original unopened and undamaged package. If the return does not meet these conditions, All That Jazz will not issue a refund. Item(s) that do not meet the required conditions will be returned to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If you decide you do not want to pay the return shipping rates the item(s) will become All That Jazz Supplies property.

What do I do if my items are lost?
The post office does lose packages. If it has been 30 days (USA), please fill out the lost/damaged form at your post office and contact us. This form will be submitted to the insurance company. Refunds will be issued only after All That Jazz Supplies has received the money. This usually takes one week. Replacements will also only be made if the insurance is filed and we receive the money. This can be avoided by purchasing the insurance. If you would like insurance on your products, please notify us by email to support@allthatjazzsupplies.com promptly after placing your order.

How safe is my credit card?
www.allthatjazzsupplies.com is one of the most secure sites available. That being said, we are careful to not collect credit card information by accepting payment only through check/money order or PayPal. If a user desires to use a credit card, they can do so through PayPal. 

Where do I find the links after I purchase downloadable products?
Once payment has been made and received, your order status will be changed to complete. You can then access your downloads by going to your account and clicking 'Downloads'. If you have problems with your downloadable products, please contact the store at support@allthatjazzsupplies.com .
